A long day that will give you a lot of satisfaction, as well as working the land is demanding and the harvest gives many emotions.

Strolling around the northern lagoon, among islands dedicated to vegetable gardens, in contact with the locals at work in the typical crops of these areas.

I lead you in search of wild herbs, between sandbanks and lagoon banks or sand dunes and pine forests, or visiting the vegetable gardens of Venice, a historical legacy of the Republic of Venice, to collect and make a dinner with your own hands.

After the bike tour, you will make homemade pasta, ravioli, with the filling or dressing prepared with wild herbs under the guidance of a professional cook, which we will taste together.

We return at night with e-bikes equipped with lighting.
